I am paneled with most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice plans. Please call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to verify your behavioral health benefits and coverage for services under your specific plan.
If you have coverage with a difference insurance provider, please call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about any out-of-network coverage benefits you may have under your specific plan.
Clients are encouraged to verify their insurance coverage and are responsible for all fees not covered by insurance.
Out of Pocket Rates
Clients who choose to pay out of pocket for whatever reason will receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services in compliance with the No Surprises Act.
$195 - Intake Assessment
Initial intake session for new clients - 53 minutes.
CPT code 90791
Intake paperwork must be completed 24 hours before initial appointments.
$170 - Routine Psychotherapy
Routine appointments, typically occurring once a week on a set day and time - 53 minutes.
CPT code 90837
Sessions that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a late cancelation fee.
$40 - Additional Services
Special letter-writing or documentation, additional consultations, and/or coordination of care with other professions exceeding 15 minutes.
$40 per 15-minute increment after the first 15 minutes.
