If you're a high achiever who feels unfulfilled despite your success, constantly on edge, or caught in the cycle of never feeling "good enough," you're in the right place. I specialize in helping ambitious professionals and perfectionists find genuine fulfillment beyond their accomplishments - because I’ve been there, too.

I started Take Care Psychotherapy Services in 2022 because I needed a change. I had been striving for “perfection” most of my life, but even when all of the boxes were ticked, my ducks in a row, and goals were reached, it just felt…empty.

I decided to take care of myself. Not just the stereotypical self-care. Real, genuine, caretaking of my mind, body, and spirit.

If you’re here, you’re ready to take that step too.

LCPC providing therapy for nervous system regulation through telehealth services in Illinois. Licensed therapist in Chicago for yoga therapy.

With over 8 years of private practice experience, I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with holistic, body-centered approaches that address both emotional and physical well-being. We will talk through your problems, but we’ll also work together to regulate your nervous system, transform negative self-talk, and create a values-aligned life that is truly satisfying.

Together, we will help you learn how to truly take care of your whole self - your intersecting identities, your various roles, and your multifaceted parts that make you so amazingly YOU.

Let’s calm your nervous system and teach you how to regulate so you can keep striving and living life to the fullest.

More About Me

A woman with long brown hair wearing a white Grateful Dead t-shirt and black blazer, standing indoors against a wall.

I’m originally from Pittsburgh, PA and have been living in Chicago, IL since 2014.

I grew up in an ice rink watching my older brothers play hockey while I pursued figure skating, synchronized skating, as well as competitive dance like my older sister.

I started playing lacrosse in high school as a goalkeeper and continued as an NCAA Division III collegiate athlete.

I moved to Chicago to pursue a specialized education in Sport Psychology and stayed for the legendary house music that the city is known for, and for the community I’ve been welcomed into.

I currently live and work in the city and spend my weekends regulating my nervous system with live music and my yoga practice.
